So I am working in the Hong Kong office this week...And went for lunch in the Cafe 87 (Canteen) at the 87/F of ICC...Well, a picture tells a thousand words. Here, I have several thousand to share...

15-18 Jul: Niijima & Shikinejima
新島、式根島 Sunshine, Swimming, Partying trip!
So this is the third time this summer I visit the "Izu Seven" (伊豆七島 Izu Shichitō). Sooner or later I will be finishing the Izu Sevens tour!

Same long ferry journey, same group of Tokyo Gaijin Club friends, well til now I knew more than 1/3 of the people in the trip already. Very friendly and exciting people indeed!
Niijima is not new to me, went there in Golden week. However, this is totally different, this is Summer! Mid-Summer night dream is going to happen here, right now!
And on the next day, I am hoping over to Shikinejima, 20mins away from Niijima. Snorkeling and swimming!
On the final day, just when we are finishing the trip with high spirits, news has it that a typhoon is approaching Japan from the South-West shore. And the first ferry to Tokyo is cancelled. So we are busy running around to look for backup plans. Finally at 9:30am, the bumper sea got calmer and the ferry docked. Yeay, going home!
A long return trip indeed, on the Ocean day of 2011 July 18, we indeed spent a whole day AT the ocean!
