20111015-Todorokikeikoku-FutakoTamagawa

Another leisure day in Tokyo. Not climbing mountains. Today I went to the ONLY valley in Tokyo perfecture - Todorokikeikoku (等々力渓谷) with a friend.

Although it rained this morning, water level is not too high, so not a lot of water falling spots in sight. We managed to find four only. But the walk is very very easy and the keikoku 渓谷 is really separating us from the busy routines in Tokyo. Very cool calm breezes.とっても涼しかった。I felt a sense of zen and calm throughout the walk, except...... without doubt, the trees and rainwater attracted lots of mosquitos! I was being bitten loads, even on the face!  haha

So we didn't stay long or stop much. After the walk we head straight to few stations nearby and fed our tummy with pancakes in Jill Stuart Cafe in Futako Tamagawa (二子玉川) RISE shopping mall.

Thought it was going to be an easy one, but wait til we finished it, wait til we are through with all the detours. But it's fun and goooood exercises indeed.

Scroll to the bottom, if you finish early and in mood of onsen, the つろつろ温泉 near Matuo 松尾 is superb! Must try!
