21 Jan 2011: Shinnenkai 新年会 @Houbon Belgium Bar

Shinnenkai 新年会 is another "excuse" for friends and colleagues and who-soever to meet up. In Japan, this year, I'm surely following this wonderful tradition.

What are people doing in a Shinnenkai dinner? DRINK! DRINK! and DRINK!
This Belgium Bar in Ginza has the biggest beer menu I have ever since in my entire life!
It's actually a laminated photo album with pictures of beers and texts to explain each one of them, with scales that mark how the beer is tasted and textured. Approximately there are over 300 hundred kinds in the menu. Well, I lost the patient to count soon after we started eating, chatting and drinking! Unbelivable!!!

P.S.: The "CALL" button (picture below) is used for waiters' attendance, BUT, it took them forever to get to us. So finally we revert back to the very very original method ~ "sumimasen!" (Excuse me in Japanese)

And Food!

And CHAT with buddies!

When is the last time you let yourself went crazy on drinkies?
